Please Note: Both the repeater and the NOAA weather radio broadcast will be streamed to you using the same audio feed. While the repeater is not transmitting, you will hear NOAA weather radio. When the repeater is transmitting, it will come in over the top of NOAA weather radio.
However, during weather nets, NOAA weather radio will often be disabled to make it easier on listeners.

If the stream drops during the transmission, either the server or encoder may have been reset. Try clicking your play button again a minute or so later before giving up.
